Your sample, without a sign-up
One XLSX workbook with 9 sheets and 65 invoice lines. The file uses fictional data and is intended to demonstrate the report structure. It is a working example, not a declaration to file or a blank tax template.

Records behind the result
Invoice and line detail includes invoice dates, counterparties, countries, VAT IDs, tax codes, net amounts, VAT and gross amounts.
Amounts with context
Document currency and functional currency are shown separately, with exchange-rate detail and a Riksbank comparison. This lets the reviewer distinguish original invoice amounts from the amounts used in the functional-currency reporting view.
A trail through the workbook
Separate VAT, EU Sales List and Intrastat views connect to 19 data checks, 10 cross-report checks and 12 ledger controls. The 41 controls are specific to the fictional sample and do not guarantee that every possible tax risk is covered.
Compare the workbook with the demo
The public animation and workbook use the same fictional March scenario. These figures belong to different reporting views and should not be added together.
| Reporting view | Sample amount |
|---|---|
| VAT total | 264,800.00 SEK |
| EU sales | 1,150,000.00 SEK |
| Intrastat dispatches | 1,095,000.00 SEK |
The rate example: invoice AR-2026-022 was booked as one 25% line with an effective rate of 17%. The invoice shows 25% and 6%. The approved split moves 2,400.00 SEK from box 10 to box 12; VAT to pay is unchanged.
A useful way to review the file
- Start at the overview.
Identify the entity, period, currency and the report you want to follow.
- Choose one total and follow its inputs.
Inspect the invoice records, relevant tax codes, currency detail and ledger account that support that view.
- Read the checks and findings together.
The sample documents a resolved mixed-rate split plus open ledger-posting and FX-rate findings. Passing arithmetic is useful evidence, but it does not replace a review of classification, completeness or tax treatment.
