A rate split to review
EXPLORE THE WORKFLOW
Uses prepared fictional data only. Your own documents cannot be uploaded here.
Inspect the PDF beside its prepared fields. See where each amount comes from.
Compare the invoice’s two rates with the ledger’s single code before accepting the split.
Compare the reviewed boxes with a sample client report, then download the explanation.
BEYOND THIS SMALL EXAMPLE
Vatli’s application connects source imports, tax-code review and report comparisons. This small public sample gives you a first look at that workflow; access to the full application is separate.
Workbook and ZIP imports, column mapping and period review help bring existing accounting data into the workspace.
Compare the client’s tax report with calculated boxes. The application also includes VAT, EU Sales List and Intrastat checks, ledger comparisons and FX review.
A review queue, evidence-based split decisions and a working-paper export keep the source, calculation and reviewer’s explanation together.
General supplier-PDF extraction and scanned-document OCR are not available yet. This sample uses a prepared Vatli PDF template. The full application does not submit official filings.
The current PDF parser reads Vatli’s own generated template, using internal metadata for identity and date and the VAT table for amounts and rates. This page replays one prepared example verified with that parser. General supplier-PDF extraction and scanned-document OCR are not implemented yet. You cannot upload documents to this public sample.
The sample compares booked VAT with a rate breakdown for three fictional domestic Swedish invoices, using 25%, 12% and 6% rates. It keeps the source amounts separate from the reviewed breakdown and compares a fictional client report. It excludes credit notes, currency conversion, reverse charge, EU sales lists, Intrastat and official filing. The full application has a wider scope, described above.
This sample uses local amount and rate checks on prepared data. It does not call an AI model, process your documents or train a model. AI-assisted document reading is separate from this interactive sample.
This is a sample experience, not an account or subscription. You can optionally join the existing Vatli waiting list for launch and availability updates after exploring the result.
